Orders are typically processed the same or next business day and dispatched via express courier.
Shipping Rates:
We keep it simple, if your total bill is over $200 the freight is free, if it is under the price is just $10 Australia wide. If you are in a hurry and you are Sydney/Newcastle/Southport based, call us and you may be able to pick up.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your order's progress through the carrier's website.
Returns and Exchanges:
7-Day Return Policy:
If you're not satisfied, we assume you will work that out within a day or so. You can return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
Return Process:

Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
Refunds and Exchanges:
