GLITCH:
The Isatphone Pro has had a glitch for the past decade. If you forget to turn it off it will go very flat very slowly if left for a few weeks. When you plug it into the charger there will not be enough residual charge in the battery for the phone to know it has a charger plugged into it.
FIX:
Leave it plugged in for at least 2 hours with the highest charge USB source you can find. (First, check the power supply and lead on another device) The Isatphone Pro at some stage will go "pop" and start charging. Let us know if it worked or not. Happy Travels Tiffany and Peter
